Hey all…After a long time I am here to post a delicious recipe with a seasonal vegetable. Raw/ Green Pigeon Peas / Pachai Thuvarai is in season now and as I always mention we need to include seasonal vegetables in our diet whenever possible. I got some Organic Pachai Thuvarai from our office farm and thought of making a quick Kola Urundai recipe with it. I had posted this recipe for an Organic Kitchen Forum but missed documenting it here.

Note : You can also deep fry this instead frying them in appe pan.
