Hi folks..Am here with another Chutney Powder recipe using Peanuts from my uncle’s village. Yes, it is Groundnut Garlic Chutney Powder which is popularly known as Shenga Chutney Pudi in North Karnataka. This is one flavourful and tasty Chutney Powder that goes well with Idly, Dosa or even rice rotis. I use this as a flavour agent in Bhindi and Brinjal fries too (do try it and am sure you will love it). I make fresh batches every alternate week and keep. You can use Byadgi Chillies to get an intense color or you can use Long Red Chilli variety (You can also use half and half of both varieties). I have used Long Red Chilli Variety in this recipe.
