Hi all !!! Am here with a tasty and healthy recipe using the seasonal goodie “Raw Pigeon Peas” (Pachai Thuvarai). The local market is flooded with season specialties, Tapioca, Sweet Potato, Peas and, Raw Pigeon Peas. We must make use of these for the benefit of health. This gravy is a flavorful one with the richness of Coriander seeds. This goes well with hot steamed rice, Curd Rice, Idly and Dosa. A perfect recipe for winter.
