Hi dear all !! The season is here and am presenting this week an exotic and a very healthy Chutney using Fresh Turkey Berries / Sundakkai (Solanum trovum). We can do a lot of tasty recipes using Sundakkai like Sambar, Kootu, Spicy Masala, Vathakuzhambu, Stir Fry etc., I made a thogayal with a blend of fresh curry leaves from home garden with a hint of dhaniya. This is an awesome recipe to mix with rice and ghee. The health benefits of Turkey Berries are in numerous and it is good to take them often when you get them fresh. Made this for mom who is diabetic and this is her favorite.
