Kuthu Pasalai Pachai Kaaramani Kootu

Hello Peeps 🙂 Am here with another tasty recipe using the seasonal Fresh Cow peas and a Greens which is undervalued yet very nutritious. Yes, It is Kuthu Pasalai / Water Leaf /Ceylon Spinach. Even though it does not belong to the True Spinach family botanically, it does tastes like Spinach. My Grandma used to grow this in our home garden during my childhood days and we do have it in our Tanjore Home even now. I rarely spot this here in Chennai. I got hold of three bunches of this Greens when I was travelling back from Pondicherry last week. A recipe that is very subtle in taste and goes well with Plain Rice and ghee.
