Breakfast Savory Muffins

Hi all 🙂 Here is my trial on a Breakfast Savory Muffins with double roasted sooji with some available wilting veggies that I had in the refrigerator. As I was running out of Idly batter and was looking for something different for breakfast, I ended up making this. I have added some grated carrots and finely chopped beans and topped it with grated cheese and sliced green olives.

Note :

1. Use non-stick muffin trays or non-stick muffin liners. You can also grease the muffin tray or liners with butter before pouring the batter.

2. Baking time might vary according to the oven. I baked with both coils on for 20 minutes and only top coil on for 5 minutes.

3. Water can be adjusted accordingly to make it to desired consistency (should be like idly batter)

4. I have used Amul Cheese cubes here and always use fine double roasted sooji

5. You can also use finely shredded cabbage and beetroot
